Beach Day! Have you ever felt like you were standing in the middle of a real life postcard?

Well, that’s exactly what we were feeling today at Lighthouse Beach. For many of us, this was one of the most beautiful beaches we had ever been to. And one of the best parts about it was the 45 minute hike to get there – which meant that for the entire day, the beach was ours. We snorkeled, played, explored and swam all day. We literally wore ourselves out. After returning to the boat it was time to de-sand ourselves and our gear – which we did gladly by enjoying swimming around the boat. We spent the evening discussing all the things we’ve done so far on the voyage and resting up for our final field research day. More fun to come…..
